Bios:
This debonair character comes from the back streets of the UK doing as his profession suggests. Upon finding a mysterious note outside the Rumrunner, he seeks out Duran Duran and hopes to be of any assistance to those finding them. Though he is quiet most times, he has had some dealings with the Stilleto, but of course they were not good ones, so he despises them. For some strange reason though it seems as if Talon has an eye for him.
